That's A Wrap For Charity

If you’re not the best at wrapping presents, why not leave it to a pro? This year, Morayfield Shopping Centre has set-up gift wrapping stations for a very worthy cause.

For a gold coin donation, you’ll not only have your gift beautifully wrapped, but you’ll also be supporting local women and children with all funds raised going to charities Meant to Rise and the Zonta Club of Caboolture.

Meant to Rise supports survivors of child sexual abuse, helping them to heal and become an empowered survivor. They provide support groups, counseling, mentorship, and unique therapies.

The Zonta Club of Caboolture supports local women affected by domestic violence, homelessness, or illness with a range of programs providing everything from emergency packs, food and baby packs, to Christmas hampers, safety courses, adult literacy and advocacy.

Centre spokesperson, Krystall Waldock says Morayfield Shopping Centre supports not-for-profits in the local community who are making a big impact.

“We are very proud to work with local not-for-profits like Meant to Rise and Zonta Club of Caboolture. With 100 per cent of customer donations going to these organisations, it’s a great opportunity to raise vital funds for vital support services in our community,” Krystall says.

The gift-wrapping stations are located near Target and the Post Office.
